FROM THE East

Starting at the light at 26th and Peninsula Drive (Kmart West) 
Head West for 5 lights (counting the 26th and Peninsula light)
The 5th light is the intersection of Colonial Avenue
You'll see Young's Cleaner, Eduardo's Tavern, & Niagara Car Wash, on the corners
Turn right onto Colonial Avenue and head North toward Lake Erie
You will go about a city block and see The ONEX building on the right (east side) (see photos below)
Park in the street on Colonial or in the parking lot across the street from ONEX (see photos below)
Enter through the front glass doors, of ONEX, off of Colonial Avenue (see photos below)
Continue downstairs (see photos below)
Cake a left at the bottom of the stairs (see photos below)
You have arrived... (see photos below)

FROM THE West

Starting at the light at 26th and Asbury Road (Sheetz)
Head East for 3 lights (counting the 26th and Asbury light)
The 3rd light is the intersection of Colonial Avenue
You'll see Young's Cleaner, Eduardo's Tavern, & Niagara Car Wash, on the corners
Turn left onto Colonial Avenue and head North toward Lake Erie
